Cloud Migration from Shared Hosting to Scalable Infrastructure

A growing client website was experiencing frequent downtime and slow load times on shared hosting. Planned and executed a migration to AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront) with auto-scaling, database read replicas, and a CDN for static assets. Implemented deployment automation with deploy scripts and zero-downtime releases. Page load times improved from 8s to under 1.5s, and uptime went from 94% to 99.9%.
